TAX MANAGER

Mike is a 1985 graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1988. His career has been rooted primarily in public accounting, with a brief period early on serving as an auditor for the City of Philadelphia Office of the Controller.

Throughout his career, Mike has worked largely with small public accounting firms, with the majority of his experience focused on taxation. This background has allowed him to provide highly personalized service to his clients while building meaningful, long-term relationships. Working within smaller firms has also given him the opportunity to contribute directly to firm growth and collaborate closely as part of a team—an environment he values both professionally and personally.

Mike’s path to joining Foresight Business Solutions involved a fortunate series of events. When his daughter’s career prompted a move to the Lehigh Valley, Mike and his wife, Mindy, decided to relocate to be closer to family. Shortly after making that decision, he interviewed with a firm that had offices in Allentown and was offered the opportunity to join the team. He is deeply grateful for the experience and considers Foresight Business Solutions to be the most positive and fulfilling professional environment of his career.

Fun Fact: Mike is a lifelong Philadelphia Phillies fan—and proudly shares the endurance that comes with it.
