Lisa McAllister is a Partner at Foresight Business Solutions with over 30 years of experience in tax compliance, planning and representation. While specializing in high net worth individuals and representation of taxpayers in front of the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities, Lisa also has significant experience working with private family offices, not for profit organizations, trusts, and other business entities. Lisa has worked with clients on various matters including resolving collections matters with the IRS and helping clients to strategically plan for major life events.

Lisa began her career in, what was then, a Big Six firm. From there, she spent time working in industry, but returned to her roots in public accounting, working with and helping clients, where each day can bring new and unusual challenges. Prior to joining Foresight Business Solutions in 2018 as the Tax Director, Lisa was a Tax Manager in the Philadelphia office of a regional firm where she focused on individual compliance and representation work.

Lisa graduated summa cum laude from Jefferson University (formerly Philadelphia University). Lisa is an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the US Treasury to represent taxpayers in front of the IRS. She is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute, a member of the American Academy of Tax Practice, a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and has served on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Society of Enrolled Agents.

Fun Fact: Lisa is a proud mom to two sets of twins: her daughters, Caty and Dani, who are working on obtaining their bachelor’s degrees in psychology; and David and Delilah, who are happily focused on living their best lives as the family’s cats.
