GREG LANDIS, CPA

Greg Landis has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Monmouth University and a Masters in Accounting from Rider University. Greg is also a Certified Public Accountant, member of the AICPA and the NJSCPA.
After completing his undergraduate degree, Greg began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP in the firm’s audit practice serving on large public company audit engagements, primarily in the financial services industry. After 6 years within the audit practice, Greg spent a year working in Deloitte’s Capital Markets and Advisory Practice, consulting on complex accounting transactions, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and other structured finance deals.
Greg left Deloitte to join a startup environmental services company that was in the process of becoming a public company and growing through acquisition. He served as Corporate Controller for 2.5 years, and helped lead them through the initial filing requirements of becoming a public company and several rounds of subsequent private equity financing and bank restructurings. Greg then moved on to another growing company in the telecommunications sector where he was primarily responsible for the company’s public filings and reporting, along with leading the company-wide budgeting and forecasting process. Additionally, he worked on the successful completion of an IPO, debt refinancing and several acquisitions.
In June 2011 Greg joined Foresight Business Solutions where he has since focused his efforts on providing tax and accounting services to small businesses and their owners with a particular emphasis on working with entrepreneurs and start-up businesses.
Fun Fact: During the holiday season, Greg works at his family’s tree farm in Schwenksville and specializes in making wreaths.
